专利摘要:
Abstract The invention concerns a locking arrangement for an adjustable bunk in a heavy goods vehicle or on a trailer of a truck for carrying timber (1) comprising a longitudinal chassis (10), and several loading bunks (11) on said chassis for receiving timber. Each of said loading bunks has a. horizontal girder (22) transversal to said longitudinal chassis with joint elements (14) at the ends (12) for attaching vertical braces (13). Said loading bunks are adjustable in said longitudinal direction of the vehicle/trailer on top of said chassis (10). Said locking arrangement comprises for each hunk: A vertically movable loading plate (4), which extends higher than a top surface (5b) of the loading bunk at least -whilst said bunk is without timber (1), the loading plate having downwards directed push pins (15) at the side ends (16) of the loading plate; vertical holders (6) extending from the bunk downwards along or close to the vertical longitudinal sides (6c) of the chassis below thereof; and leaf springs (7) fixed to said vertical holders (6). The leaf springs extend with inner ends below said underside of the chassis so that there is a second distance between said holder and the point of contact of the spring against said underside of the chassis. Further the leaf springs extend transversally outwards so that the outer ends of the leaf springs have a first distance between said holder and the respective push pin. Consequently, timber on said loading plate forces said push pins to press the outer ends of the leaf spring causing the leaf springs to turn around said fixing to the holder like a two section lever.

[2] 2. A locking arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that said chassis (to) has longitudinal flanges (17) on both longitudinal (L) sides thereof; 6 538 202 — an upper surfaces of said flanges acting as gliding beds (18a) for adjustment of the loading bunks on said chassis; and - an under surfaces of said flanges acting as friction beds (Mb) for locking each of said bunks to the chassis via the loading plates (4), the vertical holders (6), and the leaf springs (7).
[3] 3. A locking arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that said loading plates (4) are connected to the girders (22) of loading bunks (11) with several bolts (20) going through the girders and through vertically elongated holes (19) in the loading plate (4), allowing vertical movement of the loading plates in respect to the girders depending on the magnitude of timber (1) load.
[4] 4. A locking arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that said first distance (Di) is greater than said second distance (D2), or said first distance (Di) is at least two times said second distance (D2), or said first distance (Di) is at least three times said second distance (D2); whereupon a static friction (p) between said leaf springs (7) and the chassis undersides (6b) or the friction beds (18b) is enhanced whilst the timber is on the bunks.
[5] 5. A locking arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that each of said leaf springs (7) is in the unloaded situation thereof: - a single planar plate, or at least two planar plates (2a, 2b) on top of each other, or — a single curved plate (2c), or at least two curved plates on top of each other.
[6] 6. A locking arrangement according to claim 5, characterized in that each of said vertical holders (6) is a single or at least two bolts secured to an arm (23) of the girder (22) and to said plate/plates of the leaf spring (7). 7 538 202 I foljande bilaga finns en oversattning av patentkraven till svenska. Observera att det r patentkravens lydelse pa engelska som gaiter. A Swedish translation of the patent claims is enclosed. Please note that only the English claims have legal effect.
